Terms and conditions:
- Available for all shoppers with a minimum purchase of RM300 at SOGO.
- You can use your S-Points for home delivery charges. However, there will be no accumulation of S-Points for home delivery charges.
- We aim to deliver within THREE (3) working days, and we will contact you if there are any unexpected delays.
- If an item is damaged at the time of delivery, SOGO will make every attempt to replace it with another one in good condition, or if the item is out of stock, with a similar item of equal value.
- If no one is available to receive the delivery, a re-delivery fee may apply.
- No returns or exchanges will be accepted at the time of delivery.
- Home delivery charges are non-refundable, and do not include the cost of gift wrapping.
- Home delivery service is not available for perishables/frozen foods and items purchase from tenanted counters.
- Home delivery service is not applicable to bulk purchases and purchases made during Members' Day.
