We're committed to your satisfaction. Most purchases can be returned or exchanged within 14 days. Please review our terms and conditions for eligibility and specific exceptions.
Eligibility: Most purchases can be returned or exchanged within fourteen (14) days from the date of receiving the item(s). However, there are exceptions:
- Skin care, cosmetics, and fragrances.
- Undergarments and intimate wear.
- Supermarket and perishable goods.
- Tenanted counters.
Terms and Conditions:
- The item must be in its original packaging and condition, and you should provide proof of purchase (receipt/e-receipt, etc.)
- Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment.
- Purchases made with Coupons can only be exchanged for items of a similar brand/category of equal or higher value.
- Purchases made with Points can not be returned, refunded or exchanged.
- If you purchased during campaigns like ‘Extra Points’ or ‘Rebate Coupons’ and received Points and Coupons, not meeting the campaign conditions upon return will allow exchange only for products of a similar brand/category, of equal or higher value.
